Karoliina Hirvonen
Beginners / Primary / Intermediate / Open / Online classes
Irish dancing has been a very important part of Karoliina’s life for more than 15 years, but her repertoire also includes ballet, jazz dance and contemporary dance.
Karoliina has accumulated a lot of competition and performance experience. She has competed all over Europe, and has also gained valuable competition experience from the All Scotland Championships and the RCCEA Mainland Europe/Asia Championships.
Karoliina is an Open Championship level dancer and her teacher is Tereza Bernardová (TCRG). She has completed all 12 CLRG Grade Exams with Distinction and has therefore been awarded The Diploma of the Irish Dancing Commission. Karoliina is currently preparing to take the TCRG teacher exam.

She has attended Riverdance Summer School in 2020 and 2021 and was the choreographer and Dance Captain for Fuarán Irish Dancers.
Karoliina is one of the most asked Irish dance teachers and dancers in Finland. As a teacher, Karoliina is strict about technique and rhythm, but at the same time encourages her students to boldly experiment and use their creativity while dancing. The dance classes always have a relaxed atmosphere, and everyone is always taken into account as an individual.
